Description
1.1. The City of Cold Lake is home to the Kinosoo Beach, a vibrant destination along 1st Avenue focused on providing a space for the community to enjoy. The area includes several features including the beach area, playground, splash park, zip line, treed area, gazebo, multi use court, beach volleyball, lighted walking path, and a space for a concession. To continue to provide a variety of amenities to the community, the City of Cold Lake is seeking qualified concessionaires to occupy to concession building. 1.2. The intent of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to enter into a three (3) year lease agreement with a proponent for tenancy at the Kinosoo Beach Concession to provide food and beverage services to the community.

The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/05/01.
