Description
This RFP is an invitation to submit proposals for review by the Consortium for the provision of a comprehensive approach to benefits management on behalf of the Consortium. The contracted Consultant/Broker must have industry expertise and contacts to analyze the market, stay abreast of changes in the environment and deliver strategic benefit solutions for the Consortium. The Consortium members intend to enter into individual Forms of Agreement with only one (1) legal entity. Although, the Consortium may award more than one (1) contract to more than one (1) proponent in respect to portions of the work in the Consortium’s sole discretion. The term of the agreement is to be for a period of three (3) years with an option in favour of the Consortium to extend the agreement on the same or similar terms and conditions for an additional two (2) year term. It is anticipated that the agreement will commence on June 1, 2024. Proposals received will be evaluated via a four (4) stage method in which the highest ranking proponent(s) will be invited to enter negotiations with the Consortium. Mandatory Requirement: Proponents who do not comply with the following mandatory criteria will be disqualified without further consideration given. Each proposal MUST include completion of the:  Submission Form (Attachment 1), completed and signed by an authorized representative of the respondent.

The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/06/01.
