Town of Olds - Request for Proposal - RFP 2024 Trenchless Relining Program

    Description
    The project is to utilize Cured In Place Pipe (CIPP) for the relining of at least 2164 meters of 200mm and 99m of 250mm sanitary main line and the re-establishing of approximately 135 service connections in a residential and commercial setting. Additional locations are provisional and will be added after project commencement. Locations may be added or removed by the Town to fit the approved budget. All work is to conform to the Town of Olds Contract Specifications as found on the Town website at https://www.olds.ca/planning-development/engineering. Work is to include traffic accommodation, by-pass pumping (if required), and eco plan. Sewer cleaning is to include any root cutting or obstruction removal that may be required. Warranty for the project must be for a period of two years based on the date of CCC acceptance. Work must be completed on or before October 15, 2024.

    The estimated contract period will be 4 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/07/02.
