Description
The University is soliciting submissions for Pre-Qualification of up to six (6) design teams. To address two obectives: Develop an understanding of the opportunity the vacated space in University Hall represents and secondly, Development of a Technical Plan to renew and revitalize University Hall. The successful design teams will be invited to submit a full response to the project’s Request For Proposal (RFP). The RFP is currently in draft form and will expand on the components and details described in this RFPQ. The Final RFP will only be sent to the invited, short-listed firms.

The estimated contract period will be 6 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/06/28.
