    Description
The County is seeking to replace its current legacy ERP software (Serenic) as a major step in modernizing the services of the County. The current system’s end of life has been announced for December 31, 2025. This provides an opportunity to seek out increased efficiencies and opportunities with administration that can be pursued to save residents time and effort with a greater degree of services provided. The?County?is splitting up the traditional municipal ERP system into two separate but concurrent competitions for a finance-based ERP (RFP 24-024) and this competition for the unique systems required for municipal property tax and utilities operations. The?County?is inviting proposals from qualified firms to provide a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) based municipal property tax (Alberta) and utilities system, with all elements, interconnected workflows, cash receipting, assessment, and CAMAlot integrations required to carry out these functions residing in the finance department. As such, the selected system must be capable to push/pull data in a common format with the financial ERP system being sought concurrently to this competition, plus a stand-alone budgeting system. Solutions proposing or requiring manual manipulation of data to transfer to another system will be considered non-optimal and scored accordingly.
