This Request for Proposal - No Negotiations (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Airdrie (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Soundwall Replacement, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
