Assisted Living and Social Services - Request for Proposal - Central Alberta Rural Employment Services

This project will provide unemployed or marginally employed rural Central Albertans with Career and Employment Information Services (CEIS). Services will be delivered in-person from an on-going community presence either on-site and/or via itinerant delivery to rural communities across Central Alberta excluding Red Deer. Services will include Assessment, Job Placement, Exposure Courses, Workforce Development and Resource Centre Access. Services will be delivered in an individualized and personal delivery format and will focus on successfully connecting Albertans to the labour market. Services will focus on developing skills to address and overcome identified barriers, enhancing strategies to obtain and maintain employment and making meaningful connection to employers needing to fill jobs.
