Town of Strathmore - RFI IT-2024-03 – Data Integration and Maintenance Services for Fire Department

Strathmore is a vibrant town with a deep history of agriculture, settled and developed by the CPR in 1883. Today, it is a community of almost 15,000 people located 40 km east of Calgary, offering convenient access to trail systems through canals, ponds, and wetlands. Strathmore combines the benefits of country living, town services, and access to large city facilities while preserving its heritage and modern amenities. Located in the southern Alberta region, 35 minutes east of the Calgary International Airport, Strathmore has a population of over 13,000 residents and more than 500 local businesses. Strathmore is a growing community and an attractive place to do business. This Request for Information (RFI) is issued by the Town to gather general information related to products and services which are currently available in the marketplace. No commitment exists under this RFI and no award will be granted. This opportunity is published solely for the purpose of collecting market information on existing products and services, which will help the Town decide its best course of action. This RFI may also assist the Town with gathering information in support of a potential creation of a subsequent Request for Proposal (RFP) document. A high-level overview of the scope of work has been provided to the Proponents so they can offer the Town more detailed information about their products. We are seeking managed data integration services provider to enhance our business application integration and data automation capabilities for our Fire Department.
