Description
The City requires up to five (5) qualified and capable firms to provide Project Management Services on an as required project-by-project basis for capital construction projects and any other projects if and when required. Prequalified firms shall be required to manage a range of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. The City intends to prequalify proponents submitting under this RFSQ for a term of three (3) years from award of the resulting prequalification. The prequalification will not be re-opened during this period.

The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/09/01.
