Westlawn Court is a 3 story, 198-unit seniors apartment building located at 9908-165 Street in Edmonton, AB. The facility was constructed in 1981 and is owned by the Alberta Social Housing Corporation (ASHC) and managed by GEF Seniors Housing. In recent years several suites in the building have developed water infiltration issues. GEF Seniors Housing, working on behalf of ASHC, is soliciting a Building Envelope Contractor for the envelope repairs.
