Lakeland College - Request for Proposal - Fleet Vehicle Purchasing Standing Offer 2024-2027

Lakeland College is seeking a vendor who is able to provide the following vehicle types and classes as listed below, along with the following specifications/requirements: 1. Vehicle types required: • 7, 10, & 12 Passenger Vans • Mid and Large-Size SUVs • ½ Ton Crew Cab Truck (4x4) • ¾ Ton Crew Cab Truck (4x4) • 1 Ton Crew Cab Truck (4x4) 2. Specifications (Minimum Requirement): • All vehicles to be new from factory. • Air Conditioning, Cruise Control, and Tilt Steering to be included. • Each vehicle should be best-in-class for fuel efficiency. • Exterior color of all vehicles to be white. • All vehicles to have All-Weather tires. • Vehicles must meet the requirements of Federal and Provincial Regulations. 3. Requirements: • A minimum of two (2) key sets shall be provided for each vehicle. • All purchased vehicles to be delivered to Vermilion, AB or Lloydminster, AB area (Within 50km). 4. All vehicles must come with a five-year “Bumper to Bumper” warranty. 5. This standing arrangement is in place for all vehicles purchased through July 31, 2027. The top three Respondents will be given first opportunity for any future vehicle purchases of the vehicle classes noted in section 3.1 up to July 31, 2027, through the RFPQ processes of Lakeland College.
