Design/Build of a new Public Works Building Tender documents can be picked up at the Town Office, 4712–50 Street, Two Hills, AB T0B 4K0. Tender Documents will be available for pick-up after 14:00:00 MST, July 4, 2024. No document deposit is required. No Pre-Bid Meeting will be held. All Proponents are encouraged to inspect the site on their own. Bid Security and Project Security are outlined in the documents. Emailed tenders should include “TOWN OF TWO HILLS – PUBLIC WORKS BUILDING DESIGN/BUILD” as the subject, and should be emailed to Mike Andrews at mandrews@mpe.ca. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities in, or reject any or all tenders, or accept the Tender deemed most favourable in the interest of the Owner. Tenders will not be opened in public.
