Description
Stephen Avenue is an important space for public life and is undergoing transformation to support Downtown revitalization. The City is seeking a Construction Manager to lead construction implementation. The Construction Manager will support a pre-construction phase starting in Q3 2024. Construction of the first work package is anticipated in 2025 and 2026 (~$23M). Future work packages are anticipated (~$60M). Top proponents will be selected for an interview anticipated Mid-Aug to Mid Sept.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 7 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/08/16.
