Civida is seeking one (1) qualified supplier to provide security services at all Civida-managed residential properties within the City of Edmonton and surrounding area as further described in this RFP.
The services required under this RFP include but are not limited to; static guards scheduled on-site, mobile patrol cars, security response, security escort services for evictions, interior and exterior inspections, and assisting and verifying identification (ID) for building access.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/10/01.
