Description
The County of Grande Prairie seeks proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide professional real estate advisory and brokerage services to assist in bringing approved surplus properties to market and assisting finalizing of sales of County owned property, as well as providing real estate advice, analysis, and other supports as directed by the County’s designated project authority and representatives to support the County’s strategic objectives and acquisitions of real property. This Request for Proposals (“the RFP”) issued by the County of Grande Prairie is an invitation to submit proposals for real estate advisory and brokerage services with the intent to enter into Master Service Agreement(s) (MSA) with up three (3) qualified vendors.

The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/09/09.
