Description
The Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Management (“CM”) services for the construction of the proposed Centre for Boreal Research Upgrade project. The business arrangement will incorporate a Construction Manager delivery model with the option to convert to a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) or Stipulated Sum at the Owner’s discretion.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 11 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/09/03.
