Description
The City of Calgary requires a qualified Implementation Contractor to further design and implement a Deep Energy Retrofit – Residential Pilot Program. The Pilot will be designed to provide financial support for homeowners to complete deep energy retrofits and improve the performance of the city’s residential buildings. The program anticipates the following Phases: - Phase I – Market Engagement and Program Design; - Phase II – Program Launch; - Phase III – Program Implementation; and - Phase IV – Documentation and Reporting. The initial award under this RFP is for Phase I only. Award of subsequent Phases is subject to Consultant’s performance, program approval and successful negotiations.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 27 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/10/30.
