RFX documents should be obtained from the Bonfire portal at https://strathcona.bonfirehub.ca This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by Strathcona County (the “County”) to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide Professional Services for Oracle, as further described in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”). The County requires professional services on various Oracle projects on a temporary basis from time to time to augment the capacity and ability of their staff. There are 4 main types of professional services, specifically: Oracle Cloud Platform, Oracle Cloud Technical, Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud, and Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud. The Oracle projects for which professional services may be desired are defined into the following 12 specializations (each an "Area of Specialization"): Oracle Cloud Platform 1. Oracle Fusion Cloud Solutions Expertise Oracle Cloud Technical 2. Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Expertise 3. Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Cloud Technical Expertise Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud 4. Oracle Financials Cloud Functional Expertise 5. Oracle Project Management Cloud Functional Expertise 6. Oracle Procurement Cloud Functional Expertise 7. Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud Functional Expertise Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud 8. Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR Functional Expertise 9. Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management Functional Expertise 10. Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Management Functional Expertise 11. Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Functional Expertise 12. Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Expertise The County is seeking 4 qualified respondents for each Area of Specialization with expertise and capacity to assist with or provide professional services on Oracle projects as needs arise. For clarity, a respondent may be selected for more than one Area of Specialization. Respondents are asked to identify in their submission response which Area of Specialization they wish to respond to and be considered for (refer to the Workbook Instructions in the Rated Criteria Evaluation Form (Attachment 4) for additional instructions). Respondents are permitted to respond to as many Areas of Specialization they wish to within the same submission. Evaluations for each Area of Specialization will be conducted independently.

The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/12/01.
