Description
Westlock County is seeking detailed quotations from qualified contractors for the subgrade rehabilitation of select gravel roads within the County. The roads in question exhibit subgrade failure, as evidenced by severe ruts and potholes, indicating weak and unstable subgrade conditions, and reduced load-bearing capacity. We request quotations to determine the cost per linear mile for rehabilitating each segment of the road.
