City of Lacombe - Request for Proposal - Project Management Services - Regional Waterline Extension NRDRWSC

The intent of this Request for Proposal is to receive proposals from qualified proponents for the provision of Project Management services for the North Red Deer River Water Services Commission waterline extension from the Town of Ponoka to Ermineskin Cree Nation. The project manager must be skilled at managing people, processes, and business priorities including public tenders and bids. The project manager will be responsible for project planning, reporting, and documentation; preparing and presenting project updates to the CAO and Commission Board of Directors; stakeholder consultation; chairing project technical committee and governance committee; organizing and leading regular project meetings; preparing and administering procurement documents; contract management and administration; and quality assurance, compliance and risk management. It is vital that the Commission's waterline extension be coordinated and integrated with concurrent Ermineskin Cree Nation infrastructure engineering, construction, and commissioning.
