Communications and Public Engagement - Request for Proposal - Creative Services: Agency of Record

The Outreach Division of CPE is responsible for effective outward communication of government programs, policies and key initiatives on earned, owned and paid channels. These include web, social media, and advertising. The Outreach Division requires an Agency of Record capable of delivering a range of creative services to support various communications projects of Purchasers on an “as-needed” basis with no guarantees of work. Creative services will include (but are not limited to) creative direction, art direction, copywriting, graphic design, marketing and communications strategy, web design, and web development. The Province or Purchaser reserves the right to obtain Services through the pre-qualification list established under RFP AB-2023-05890 to supplement and complement, as needed, those services provided by the Outreach Division and the AOR for creative services. In the event that a Contractor under RFP AB-2023-05890 becomes the successful AOR for creative services , the Contractor will be removed from the standing offer list and its Contract terminated. Conversely, should the current service provider cease to be the AOR moving forward, the opportunity to qualify for entry into a Contract remains under RFP AB-2023-05890.
