Description
The purpose of the Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) is to identify a maximum of five (5) qualified and experienced Prime Consultants to provide professional planning and design services to assist the Owner in the execution of the design of the New Advanced Skills Centre (ASC) Project. The design for the ASC project will, among other tasks, review the functional program and carry out the schematic design, design development and preliminary contract documents with costing. The project aims to construct a new, state-of-the-art facility to house an interdisciplinary array of skill trades and technology-based programs, supporting Alberta's economic growth and addressing the increasing demand for skilled workers.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 83 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/10/31.
