Austin Nixon Apartments is a senior living facility located in Calgary, Alberta. The building was built in 1978 and accommodates 46 units with 1 elevator on three storeys. The intention of this project is to be a turn-key solution that shall include all necessary work and upgrades to modernize the elevator and be code compliant.
