Description
Olds College is seeking a Construction Manager(s) with specialized construction experience in active institutional facilities. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to establish a shortlist of highly qualified Construction Managers who will be invited to respond to an Invited Tender Call. Only firms successfully prequalified and shortlisted may submit a proposal. The successful Proponent(s) will be expected to enter into a CCDC 5B Contract, including supplemental conditions, with Olds College.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 34 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/11/09.
