Description
The City of Leduc is proceeding with the following procurement:
Notice is hereby given by the City of Leduc (City) of its intent to contract with Kognitiv Inc., to complete an assessment of the City’s Human Capital Management (HCM) Workday platform. The primary objectives are to evaluate the current configuration, workflow, and utilization of the Workday platform, identifying areas for optimization, comparing practices with industry benchmarks, and devise a roadmap for addressing identified gaps for the Core HCM. This procurement is estimated at approximately $50,000.
It is the intent of the City to award this procurement for the following reasons:
• Kognitiv Inc., is a qualified Workday HCM partner, specializing in Workday systems, HCM implementations and configurations, having worked on more than 2,000 Workday projects.
• Kognitiv Inc., has a strong understanding and knowledge of the City’s Workday environment and has a dedicated team available to complete the necessary work on the City’s HCM system, before December 31, 2024.
• This project is a continuation of work recently completed by Kognitiv Inc., that included an assessment of four Workday HCM components. The additional work is an assessment of the remaining HCM components, all of which are connected within the HRIS solution.
• Kognitiv Inc., was contracted following a limited (invitational) procurement process requesting proposals from other qualified Workday HCM partners. An RFP will be issued for any future scope of work required as a result of the HCM assessment.
For consideration, any party that wishes to object to this proposed procurement action must contact the individual listed below by e-mail, by the closing date and time. Vendor communication must include specific information relating to the vendor’s ability, qualifications, and proven experience and solutions to offer a cost effective, comparable product and service that meets or exceeds the solution provided by Kognitiv Inc. and would be advantageous to the City. The vendor’s ability to offer services resulting in the same or better solutions within the budgetary constraints and timeframes will be the key criterion with regard to the consideration of vendor objections. This information will be used as the criteria for consideration.
The City reserves the right to determine the relevance of any communication received and accept or reject the communication as deemed in the best interest of the City. The decision to accept or reject will be based on the City’s determination of the vendor’s statement of capabilities successfully meeting or exceeding the requirements.
