University of Alberta - Request for Proposal - Security Services

The University is inviting Proposals for Security Services on its North, South, Saint-Jean campuses, and the Parkland County location. Enterprise Square and Augustana currently have Agreements in place for security services. Should that change during the term of the resulting Agreement, the University reserves the right to add these locations or any other locations that become part of the University portfolio. North campus has a complement of full-time Peace Officers who provide 24/7 coverage. UAPS is seeking the services of a security contractor to fill unexpected security services requests, such as a sudden building closure, and as an interim staffing solution for instances when UAPS has inadequate security staffing levels due to vacancies, illnesses, etc.
