City of Chestermere - Request for Proposal - Project Management Services for Centralized Stormwater Reservoir Outlet Design

The City of Chestermere has established a wholly owned municipally controlled business referred to as “The Utility Co.”. The Utility Co., has contracted the City of Chestermere to provide administration, management, and oversight on these services. A Project Manager is required to manage the Centralized Stormwater Reservoir and Outlet (CSRO) project including the City’s Design Consultant and their deliverables for the associated CSRO infrastructure as part of the City of Chestermere team. The Project Manager will report directly to Manager, Asset Services – Community Growth & Infrastructure or the assigned representative. The successful proponent will have a crucial role in the effective implementation of the design project for the CSRO and will be required to have specific experience managing complex earthworks, linear infrastructure, mechanical treatment and stormwater management. The CSRO Design deliverables include a Design Basis Memorandum, issue for construction drawings, tender package documentation with pre-tender cost estimates, and regulatory approvals associated with the delivery of the CSRO including adjacent infrastructure.
