Description
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City to submit non-binding proposals for the provision of in situ Structural Painting of street lighting poles, traffic structures, and utility equipment as part of the City's electrical distribution network and traffic & street lighting infrastructure. The term of the agreement will be from December 1, 2024 to November 30, 2025 with provision for extension of six (6) years in one (1) year increments at the City’s sole discretion.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 12 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/12/01.
