Description
The City of Grande Prairie (the “City”) requires the services of a General Contractor for a 2 Phase Construction project located at the City Service Centre (9505-112 Street). Phase 1 includes renovations of the existing washrooms, while Phase 2 includes remediation of the exterior building envelope. Work shall be done in accordance with the drawings and specifications outlined in Attachment 1.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 10 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/12/18.
