NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT
The City plans to engage a Construction Manager to oversee the Pre-Construction, Construction, and Post-Construction phases of NCWS-F. The Pre-Construction phase is setto commence in Q2 2025, with critical path construction beginning in Q3 2025. Remaining construction will occur from 2026 to 2029, followed by post-construction services in 2029.
