REQUEST FOR STANDING OFFER AGREEMENT (RSOA) SMALL ROADS CAPITAL PROGRAM FOR GRAVEL ROADS AND SMALL GRAVEL PIT RECLAMATION Small Roads Program Work on Gravel Roads including Gravel Road Re-Construction, Road Base Repair, Drainage Issues, Small Culvert Replacements and Installations (less than 1500mm in dia.), Spring Breakup/Thaw/Soft Road Repairs, Small Gravel Pit Reclamations on an “as and when required” basis.
