The City of Grande Prairie (the “City”) is requesting detailed and comprehensive proposals from Engineering consulting firms specializing in storm drainage and storm sewer rehabilitation to provide services for the project management, contract administration, and construction supervision services for all aspects of the Mission Estates – Storm Rehabilitation project. The successful proponent (the “Consultant”) will provide preliminary Engineering, geotechnical investigation and assessment, detailed design, tender preparation, construction and warranty services (supervision, inspection, materials testing), post construction and project close out. The project site is to be assessed to ensure repairs or replacements meet both current and future storm sewer flow requirements and modelling is to be undertaken where appropriate to ensure infrastructure is appropriately sized for future demands. All work will meet or exceed the City of Grande Prairie Design and Construction Manuals.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 16 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/02/28.
