The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to invite submissions from qualified proponents for the replacement of Good Samaritan’s current Human Resource Information System (HRIS). The new system should be cloud-based, scalable, and capable of meeting Good Samaritan’s regulatory requirements, including compliance with HIPAA - Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (American), PIPEDA - Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (Canada
Given the evolving needs of our workforce, particularly in the context of increased remote work following the COVID-19 pandemic, the replacement HRIS should support a range of functionalities. These include mobile accessibility, integration with existing tools such as Microsoft 365, and features that enhance user experience for both HR personnel and employees.
Contract duration
