County of Grande Prairie No. 1 - Request for Expression of Interest - Salvaged Cut Timber

The Expression of Interest (the “EOI”) is an invitation by the County of Grande Prairie (“the County”) to prospective respondents to submit proposals expressing interest in purchasing available Salvaged Cut Timber as further described in Section A of the EOI Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”). The County is requesting Expressions of Interest to gather information to determine interest in the Timber available for sale and the flexibility and timelines of respondent’s availability to receive the Timber. The County plans to shortlist to a maximum of six (6) qualified respondents for each type of available salvaged timber and will issue subsequent(s) RFx for this project but makes no commitment to do so.
