The purpose of this RFP is to obtain a contractor qualified and capable of delivering construction and site management services for this project with the use of a Design Build Contract; additionally capable of obtaining and managing a professional consultant qualified to provide the following deliverables and/or services as part of the Demolition of Empire Building (4909-48 Street) project.
