The purpose of this RFP is to engage qualified and experienced International Student Recruitment Services providers with the expertise, skills, and capacity to effectively represent the College in global markets, engage with international student recruitment representatives to support their recruitment efforts to recruit high caliber students for its programs. Additionally, proponents must uphold the highest standards of ethics and integrity while representing the College and implement best practices across all business operations in full compliance with Canadian regulations.
