Description
The County is seeking a qualified Consultant to provide professional engineering services, under a standing offer agreement, for the term of April 15, 2025 to December 31, 2027 inclusive. There will be an option to extend this agreement for an additional two years with the mutual agreement of both parties. Services to be provided will include, and may not be limited to: budget planning, assessment, design, tendering, recommending, grant application support, supervision of work, inspecting, and other engineering related tasks as they relate to gravel road infrastructure, including adjacent drainage networks.
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for engineering firms, with the appropriate qualification and experience, to prepare and submit a formal response to this request in accordance with the requirements outlined within. Submitted information will be reviewed by the County and evaluated to select a firm to assist the County in managing gravel road infrastructure within the region
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 33 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/04/15.
