This procurement is for securing a General Contractor for the Zoie Gardner Park Revitalization. The work includes, but not limited to, removal and replacement of playground equipment, pour in place rubber surfacing along with new walking trails with sidewalk connections. Also included is the construction of a new basketball court, park lighting, site furniture and landscaping.
Contract duration
