Procurement Description: To obtain a General Contractor for the Balwin Belvedere Transportation Revitalization. The work includes, but is not limited to, Improving accessibility and neighbourhood safety by construction of new curb ramps, missing sidewalk links, curb extensions, raised intersections and a pocket park area consisting of localized earthworks and grading, landscaping, trees and shrub planting. Traffic and pedestrian accommodations will be required for the duration of the work.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 28 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/05/15.
