Red Deer Polytechnic - Request for Quotes - Ultrasound Examination Tables and Ergonomic Ultrasound-scanning Chairs

This RFQ is an invitation to submit offers for the provision of the supply and delivery of eight (8) Ultrasound Examination Tables and 11 Ergonomic Ultrasound-scanning Chairs (with foot ring) to be delivered to RDP in Red Deer, AB, for use at the School of Health Safety and Wellness in the Diagnostic Medical Sonography Diploma Program. The selected respondent will be requested to enter into negotiations with RDP for the provision of the Deliverables in Section 2 of this RFQ. It is RDP’s intention to enter into the Form of Agreement attached as Appendix A to this RFQ with potentially multiple entities for the different variations in the Equipment. RDP does not intend to limit to only (1) legal entity. Mandatory Requirements: Respondents who do not comply with the following mandatory criteria will be disqualified without further consideration given. Each proposal MUST include completion of the: Submission Form (Attachment #1), completed and signed by an authorized representative of the respondent.
