Alberta University of the Arts - Request for Proposal - RFP 2025-004 Security Services

AUArts invites proposals from qualified and experienced Security Services providers who share our commitment to fostering a safe, secure, diverse and inclusive campus environment, whose employees are properly trained and licensed by the Security Services & Investigators Act, to submit proposals offering security services 24 hours/7 days per week on the University campus. The successful Proponent, referred to as the Contractor, will demonstrate experience, expertise, and strategic vision in delivering comprehensive security solutions, alongside a strong commitment to professionalism, public trust, prevention, responsiveness, and community engagement. The Contractor preferably will possess significant expertise in the post-secondary education sector, recognizing the vital role they play in ensuring the safety and well-being of our students, staff, faculty, and visitors while supporting the University’s broader mission and values.
