Town of Fox Creek - Invitation to Bid - Fox Creek Water Treatment Plant Renovation & Offsite Upgrades

The Town of Fox Creek (the "Town") requires a general contractor to complete renovations/upgrades to the water treatment plan and offsite water system upgrades. The Work of this Contract comprises the following: 1. Construct a new pre-engineered steel building to house water treatment facility, in Fox Creek, Alberta, for the Town of Fox Creek, as per the contract documents. 2. Demolish existing building including removal and replacement and/or modification of existing water treatment system. 3. Provide installation of off-site valves including related roadwork and restoration. 4. Construct new yard including gravel, asphalt, concrete aprons, pads, sidewalks, and fencing, etc., as per the drawings. 5. Provide site work including removals, lot grading, new asphalt and concrete, as per the drawings. 6. Coordinate work with Owner’s natural gas utility provider and power utility provider.
