Forestry and Parks - Request for Proposal - Footner Lake 20-Person Wet Sleeper

The Province invites formal written proposals for a modular construction of a 30’ (w) x 78’ (l) twenty (20) person wet sleeper, with an additional 14’ (w) x 12’ (l) boot room at the front with two (2) 6’ x 6’ rear and front landing and stairs to be located at the Footner Lake Fire Base. Proposals must be complete with specifications, floor plan, plumbing, electrical, construction and elevation drawings, as well as pile layout requirements for the building. The sleeper must be completed, delivered, setup and commissioned by March 31, 2026.
