Description
Calgary Economic Development (CED) is seeking a partner to conduct a Low Carbon Fuels Study that will inform decisions from CED and partners to support the future needs and strategy needed for the development of the sector. We invite qualified firms to submit a proposal, and the selected consultant is expected to provide analysis of: • Market trends and future dynamics • Ecosystem and cluster development • Competitive positions and differentiation • Investment and policy levers • Future scenarios and risks CED works collaboratively with business, government, and community partners to position Calgary as the ideal location for business attraction, investment, and innovation. It is imperative that Calgary continues to build intelligence that will identify how we enable sector growth. Questions must be submitted via email on or before 17:00 MST, August 1st, 2025. Proposals must be submitted via email on or before 17:00 MST, August 15th, 2025.
