Epcor - Request for Proposal - Tree Trimming Services

EPCOR Electricity Distribution Ontario Inc., located in Collingwood, ON, would like to invite Proponents to bid on a Master Service Agreement for Tree Trimming Services in Collingwood, Ontario. The scope of work covers the requirements for the supply of all labour and equipment, to safely perform live line tree trimming and/or removal of trees adjacent to EPCOR overhead power lines. EPCOR intends to award one Master Service Agreement (“MSA”; Contract) with a Contractors for Tree Trimming Services in Collingwood, ON and surrounding area. The MSA will have an initial term of three (3) years with the option to extend the initial term for three (3) subsequent successive one (1) year terms, in EPCOR’s sole discretion. EPCOR, at its discretion, will confirm actual start and end dates for the Work upon finalizing the Contract.
