Forestry and Parks - Request for Proposal - Leismer 3 Bay Garage and Water Distribution Building

The Province invites formal written proposals for the design, supply and construction of a turnkey, four-season 3 bay Garage and Water Distribution Building with a concrete foundation/floor at Leismer Fire Base. One bay of the building is dedicated for storing and distributing water for the camp. That section will house four (4) potable water storage tanks, each holding minimum two thousand five hundred (2500) imperial gallons. The second bay of the building is intended for a garage. The third bay of the building is intended for a workshop. This building contains an electrical room that will become the main distribution point (building) for electricity for the camp. Fortis will be completing an Aerial to Ground service conversion and will be replacing the existing pole mounted 45 kilovolt-ampere (KVa) transformer with a concrete ground pad (steel housed) 225KVa transformer along with the appropriate meter within a few meters of the required New Electrical Room. The 3 Bay Garage and Water Distribution Building is to reflect similar floor plan drawings as the 3 Bay Garage and Water Distribution Building 30’ x 60’ Drawings that are included with this RFP.
