Description
ECSD is inviting proposals from qualified and experienced proponents with the necessary expertise and resources to provide window coverings and installation services (the Goods and Services). The scope of works includes, but is not limited to, the supply environmentally friendly window coverings, professional installation, and other related maintenance services. ECSD invites proponents to submit proposals in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in this Request for Standing Offer (RSO”).
