Description
St Paul Education is seeking a licensed and qualified service provider to replace existing aged and deteriorating roofing system sections (identified as RA 1.1, RA 1.7, and RA 1.10 within the attached doc's) at the St Paul Regional High School as follows: remove existing flashing and roof membrane; Supply and install a wood plank on roof parapets; Supply and install 2" polyisocyanurate roof insulation; Supply and install 1/2" fibreboard roof insulation; Supply and install 95 FS mudifx membrane in hot asphalt; Supply and install TP250 granular cap torched; Supply and install cones for the vents; Supply and install retro fit drains; Fill in low areas on the roofs; Supply and install 26 Gauge prefinished metal flashing; Clean up upon completion; and Supply a 5 year ARCA warranty
