The project consists of the following work: Replacement of approximately 1180m2 of roofing and 250 m2 of roofing on the built in gutters on the Alumni Hall, and approximately 430m2 of roofing on the Horticultural Building. Work includes replacement of metal flashing, mechanical and electrical to facilitate performance of the project.
