Description
In an ongoing effort to ensure the Province’s wildfire facilities/infrastructure are in a constant state of preparedness, services of various professional organizations will be required on an “as-needed” basis with no guarantee of work. These Professional Services include but are not limited to various organizations to facilitate design, engineering, training, and support services as described in Appendix B. Facilities include but are not limited to air tanker bases, fire bases, fixed detection locations, telecommunications sites, weather stations, staff accommodations, warehouses, etc. Multiple Contracts will be awarded with services being requested using a call rotation list. This list will be established using the Proposal Evaluation Criteria identified in section 6.3 Notice: The Government of Alberta offices will be closed from December 24, 2025 to January 1, 2026. Responses to any questions or clarifications related to this RFP will be provided on or after January 2, 2026.

The estimated contract period will be 12 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/04/01.
